Well I did repeat it several different ways before I posted, and then in the original post I asked if anyone could confirm it. I was just trying to figure out if something was wrong with my specific computer, or if the version itself was bugged.

Ok, tried this on my 2nd computer, and everything worked out fine, so it may be a settings problem with my main computer. Not sure what sort of thing would cause it. I don't think its my OS, because it does the same thing in backwards compatibility. Doesn't matter to much though since I won't be run...

Lol I think there's a program somewhere around these forums that'll slice up the sprite sheet and save them individually for you, search around for it. I'll post it if i manage to find it though I believe this is the program he was referring too. http://web.miragesource.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=6...

Same, I gave up on anti-viruses. I don' t have spybot though. I found the best antivirus ever. Computer wipes :P

Have you tried Spybot Search & Destroy? How about Ad-Aware? Ha...those pieces of crap Robin gave me? It blocked em. Blocked CD's. Blocks EVERYTHING. Does it block the microsoft update page? If so, it sounds like one of the older variants of the conficker virus, A-C. D automatically updates to E...

VirTool:Win32/injector.gen!z I'm not sure, but I believe I had a variant of this. I tried to figure out how to destroy it, but found I couldn't on my computer. It's a keylogger (from what I've read). There is a systematic tool specifically built to destroy it, however it didn't work on my computer,...

I haven't seen anything about this on the forums yet, but I believe I have found a bug. When you have two people connected to a server, and the 2nd person either logs out or presses the close button, it leaves the sprite and block on the map. It doesn't show that the member has logged out until they...

First, check your version of MS. This may not work with a different version if they've changes a few things. Second, are you sure you are copying it correctly? This bit of code Client Side makes it show up on the map as a blue F. Case TILE_TYPE_FISHING DrawText TexthDC, ((X * PIC_X) - 4) + (PIC_X * ...

I was considering doing up my own version, but I wanted to wait for something. I'm pretty sure i read around here something about Dugor fixing up the bugs in the latest MS4 engine, and maybe converting to byte arrays.

I'm planning on doing 2 rep systems. 1 the standard faction rep (kind of like mmorpg's where you have rep with factions) and a player rep whereyou get 3 points a day to give to whomever you feel deserve it. The next step in building my system is going to be limiting it to giving 3 points, and checks...

Ok, as I said, I have everything set up just like set access command. The SetPlayerRep is below. Public Sub SetPlayerRep(ByVal Index As Long, ByVal Rep As Long) Player(Index).Char(TempPlayer(Index).CharNum).Skills(Skills.Rep) = Rep End Sub So I think I got it working correctly. Here is my Set Rep Pa...

I may apply to map for your game, but right now I don't have internet access (using library computer). I haven't worked on much, but I mapped a little bit for a failed game or two, and my own stuff. I'll be glad to send you a few examples when I get my internet connected if you would like. Also, I m...

Well, I've been thinking. I think that running should be removed. because PvP with everyone running around when they're almost dead completely ruins it. Also, I've been thinking about making a "sprint" spell that would make whoever you targeted (yourself included) "run" for 30 s...

Take out the checks on the set access command, then change your access that way. Don't forget to put them back in though, before you release anything.

It's still failing when you type /editnpc? Mine fails after I click on an NPC to edit and send. Yes Fox, I did add everything to both sides. I planned on making a tutorial for this for MS4 if I had gotten it to work, I'll post it below, it shows exactly what I've done with it. As for forcing to many...

Yeah, I've been playing with it for a bit too and can't get it to work. it gives me a subscript out of range message on Npc(n).Hp = CByte(Parse(16)) When I scroll over the Npc(n).Hp ith shows = 0, but when I scroll over the CByte(Parse(16)) it shows = Subscript out of range. I'm not sure what I'm Mi...

did you make sure to delete your NPC files? It may not work properly until you do.

This is all serverside, but it looks like it should still work with MS4. All it does is create a bunch of new values in the NPC file, so if you use this you'll either have to put something in to add in those blank values, or delete all your NPC files. You'll also have to do clientside, which shouldn...

What I did was add it to the bottom of my frmMirage, and when the inventory button was pressed, increased the height as needed, and when the close button was pressed, it set it back to normal.

Is it not showing the visual inventory or not showing the picture box? If it isn't showing the picture box, then you just need to add in picVisInv.visible = true into the click inventory button, or if you added it to the frmMirage, you may need to change the height of the frm when you click inventor...

An account editor would be nice. I'm tired of having to delete my account everytime I add a new stat in.
