Debug it.
I think I had a similar problem. It wasn't picking up the ItemNum value and was returning zero in one of the checks. That is what caused it to go out of range.
Have a browser through and Step Into the function to check what the values are.

If I am wrong then sorry if not then... what ever...

The sprites are good, I like them even though they are MS Rips, which you can tell from the Pirate hat.

The game looks interesting and I'd be up to playing it when it's released. I like Pirate games. :)

It's slightly different now, lheight is notdeclared yet. You'll have to declare them when you load the surface.

Robin is going to update this tutorial when he has free time, I believe.

5 Minutes!? What for? And shared experience sounds good. But then it could bring up the issue of KS'rs. And the original attacker would get less then normal. Although something that holds variable for damage dealt to npc so that person who has attacked it more gets the most exp could be handy. I lik...

-Added in Threat system. Classes have a base threat modifier. The amount of damage they do translate into threat. The more threat you have on a npc, the more likely it will attack you. I like the sound of the Threat system. Quite interesting to see that in play. -Npcs become tagged on a succesful hi...

Nice.

I edited the original Tony made too because I use PNG formats and added a Load and Save image diaglog box so you dont have to move the files around.
I was googling for something that'd do this to save time.

Can't you trace the packets back to see what they are?

Well the anti-aliasing has stopped it looking so fuzzy. It works by blending the edges of the text to give it a smooth finish. When using Pixel fonts though it cant cause the text to look a bit silly. It looks better in my opinion but some of the letters have come out a bit thin in places. Try downl...

Cracked version shouldn't matter, I used all the 1's. And as for you error. go to frmMirage find the object txtChat It should be a the second box under the the largest box on the screen. Click on that to display the properties , check that the name is set to txtChat and that it IS a Rich Text Box .

There is something about the text that looks fuzzy / blured. Not too sure if it's the glow effect you have or whether or not it's the type of font.
Are you using photoshop, if you are try setting the Anti-Aliasing to None. It will make it a sharper shape.

Right, well you said VB6 games. You didn't say what genre of game so I thought I'd add the first EVER VB6 application I made. This was back in the day where I thought VB6 could be used to bring down the Government. This is a simple application that I was told had to involve: Public Declarations, Cal...

I never really thought about that actually. VB allows you to add Integers to Labels, I've never really had that problem. The only time I actually use the convert types is when sorting out variables.

Well I added CStr() to it. Just incase. :)

You're not adding SGold and CGold in the client enum. Do that and the problem should be fixed. Yup I noticed that after I posted it. lol. That still did not resolve it though. You're not calling; HandlePlayerGold Look at the top of modHandleData. You should see all the CallByAddresses. These call d...
