Heres ths thing with MSE2.. MSE2 and Elysium Diamond 3.0 are totally different things.. You can think of MSE2 as a base structure to build upon to make your game.. This means that you will need to know how to code to produce a game you desire.. Elysium Diamond 3.0, im assuming is similar to previous... |

Handle data sub, check the gamelogic as well.. There are a few subs there which work out certain things.. I cant really think at the moment though.. Um.. When you equip items, it does a simple check, you might want to go through that and change accordingly.. Um.. Yeah If you're going to be doing dam... |

Find a way to compress map data down so the size of them are a lot smaller before adding any more map attributes or new layers.. It would just increase the size of maps.. We dont want our players waiting when they are receiving a map.. But yeah, thats really all i can think of at the moment..... |

I've said this before, i cant remember when but yeah.. I love the new gui.. But like Dave said, you put on the rule where the gui must be changed.. It would be easier to either one leave the gui as the original, still enforce the rule.. Or remove all traces of the gui.. well the graphical part anywa... |

Best way would be to use gettickcount.. maybe 500 should be a good enough.. fade the sprite by a point every half a second.. maybe 333 might be better.. I dont know, how long it takes for the sprite to fade out completely.. But yeah.. use gettickcount.. |

I like the gui.. the grey one especially.. (sp?) Anyway, as for a new MS gui, i say just leave it plain old VB.. Its a lot simplier and plus, it saves new people coming into MS removing the gui.. I wouldnt mind doing it either.. Also changing all the buttons to command buttons would make things a lo... |

I think for the different masks, i think if you call them in a certain order and put it on the buffer, it should be fine.. I dont think you need that many buffers.. But yeah.. I think thats how it works after reading through the tute.. |
