umm i have like... three different sprite sheets i want to use same with items and tiles. is there anyway to combine them all into one ? a program? link please if so

you mean you have tiles that are on another tile sheet that you want on one tile sheet?
not sure if i got that right but if so, just use paint.

same for sprites and items, etc.etc.


but if you mean you want the sprites,items and tiles all on one sheet and working, im not sure you can do that.

i want them all separate but all on one sheet like all 1 sprite sheet and all 1 item sheet. and will mirage source just automatically add the grid lines? so i can put it in game?

i use MS Paint, sometimes Photoshop 7.

and im pretty sure it does not auto align.

lol i just do it by eye, and then check out the properties for the default sprites, open paint and start from there.
if they ever needed to be re sized i would just re size them using paint.

what engine version are you using?

or just make a new sheet that will be your final one, then make a 32x32 square, preferably an unused color (bright blue or pink), and copy and paste all the way down. Then use this grid to line up your GFX.

Yes this takes some time, but anything worth while takes time...
