The answer to your map animation problems! Instead of having layer after layer of needless data, and strange timers, have animated .gifs! Saves space, allows changes in frame timing, and so easy to add in! Yea That'd be a great tut. I remember a while ago when I tryed to add animated gif support to an old program awhile ago (without dx), only simple way I could find was loading each frame into an image box lol So i'd love to see a tut on this |
