There. That’s the API to do it with. Now, it’s very simple to make a top-most window:

SetWindowPos Me.hWnd, HWND_TOPMOST, 0, 0, 0, 0, SWP_NOACTIVATE Or SWP_SHOWWINDOW Or SWP_NOMOVE Or SWP_NOSIZE

And you have yourself a topmost window.
