There is something about the text that looks fuzzy / blured. Not too sure if it's the glow effect you have or whether or not it's the type of font.
Are you using photoshop, if you are try setting the Anti-Aliasing to None. It will make it a sharper shape.

aye, i was using photoshop, i can't really tell any difference on the fuzzyness, but then again my eye sight is a bit bad so it could just be that everything seems a bit blurry to me lol!

anyway, messed with the anti-aliasing stuff, tell me how this works.

Well the anti-aliasing has stopped it looking so fuzzy. It works by blending the edges of the text to give it a smooth finish. When using Pixel fonts though it cant cause the text to look a bit silly.
It looks better in my opinion but some of the letters have come out a bit thin in places.
Try downloading a new font from dafonts.com they have a large collection if you have not seen it already.
I use alot of their fonts and I'm pretty sure half the community here has used them too. :P

Coded the message system.

When a message is sent, it is temporarily saved on the server. When a player receives the message from checking their messages, it is then cleared and removed from the server and saved on the player's computer.

I will also add the ability to backup your messages on the server for a short time. This will allow you to reformat or go on a different computer and download all your old messages. I could have everything saved on the server, but I am trying to reduce as much as I can.

Next testing will be on 3/18 at 1:00 p.m. est.

I will have the kingdom and message system to test during that phase.

Feedback:
Should kingdoms have icons?
Should player army sprites be the displayed icon?
Should the icons be chosen from a list and no kingdom have the same icon?
Should army sprites not look like the icon, but rather an army sprite, boat sprite, etc?
Should I allow players to upload their own kingdom icon?

Next Test: 03/25/09 1:00 est

We have a few non-MS members who will be testing too. I will have players randomly spawn on a map. Also I think I will extend ticks to every 10 minutes. Players can test message system and also the kingdom system.
