First of all, I think some of the people in this thread are inconsiderate pricks who should take their 12 year old tantrums some place else. Assholes.

Good to see more development on the game Lamborghiniz, it was always nice to see the ideas you came up with using the Zelda stuff. One thing I do have to say about the storyline though, which doesn't make sense, is this line:

Not sure what you mean here, is the World of Talmar in the Realm of Eretz? Should it not be the Realm of Eretz in the World of Talmar?

The gui lets it down.

Don't be afraid to use some brushes and layer effects.

Do not let the GUI let you down, I had the GUI Remade by Vans (Yes, Vans :D) Its quite professional looking. It will be unveiled in the future.

Vans does a great job with interface design. He did the PlayerRealms GUI and I'm hoping to try and convince him to do one for The Heretic Chronicles but I don't think he likes text-based.

These are a few of the current enemies ingame

- List from left to right (In No Particular Order you'll see ingame)
- Main Character
- Mountain Giant

- Poe (Will be renamed)

UPDATE : Fishing Skill/Graphic

To Fish : A player must buy a boat ingame from a dealer (Located near the ocean town of Seaside, They have a range of colors, They also increase movement speed by 25%. A player can fish in any body of water, The deeper the water, the harder to fish (Depth by color of water) Also, Location of the fish varies from different areas of the world. The player must also buy a fishing rod.

Fishing is one of the other few player skills available in Eretz.

Time to update this post a little.

Well well well, The time has come for us to start mapping!
Yes, Thats right, We are currently in the mapping phase of Eretz!
"What does this mean to me?" You might ask, Well, Simply, We are not dead and getting closer to our goal for beta!
Also, We are using DX8 (Much better than DX7, Which we were using) giving us the power needed to make the game we want!
We will post screenshots as soon as we can. Thanks!

Also want to welcome GIAKEN to our team as a Mapper :)

graphics are great. Mapping needs work.




There is way to much open, repetitive, space.

Also you made straight lines for the trees and road, which is ok if your in a castle, big house, etc. But the straight lines mixed with the off-center exit way looks really bad.

bit better now, but try to widen the entrance way the player is at to match up with the other one.

It looks like the castle's entrance persective is off. Almost looks like it's the side of the wall, and not under it.
