actually you don't need to download them, Client<data<Dll's right click and register the one you need. |

Reading through the post. Just to let you know that M:RPGe was released WAY before Konfuze was even made, it was based off Mirage Source 3.0.3. And I'll have you know that it was the first publically released open source engine with additions not seen in other sources. It even had pets! |

I just posted it in that order because everytime I asked about MRPGE on some of the old forums I would get E-mails saying it was based off of Konfuze(probably a bunch of people who didn't know which one came first) And I removed 2 from that list, so that subject can be left alone. |

Yes, I do actually. Not tried it so can't comment a great deal, but it seems like you've done a lot of work to the engine. Now, I understand you're using Mirage 3.0.3, one of the reasons I don't use this version anymore besides for the new MUD game is because of the way the source is programmed. In MS4 the source code has been greatly improved to be more efficient, especially in terms of the HandleData sub routine. In my game, Adventures of Virellia, it's gotten to the point where I'm now cutting the HandleData sub down so that packets have their own sub routine, this is because the HandleData sub routine is too large to contain any more source code. What plans do you have on making your engine more efficient for you as the developer? |

First thing will be byte array, then I'm not sure if I want to move in to DX8 or DD, but other then that I have some features here and there that I'm working on. -----EDIT----- Ok my forums are up and running now if you guys need help with DKE post there, please comments on what you think of the engine. |
