I've played around on the MR engine ALOT since its come out and i "worked" on a game for a week maybe but it died very soon in due to a problem with tiles i believe... but yeah... thats it.. you can just pm me or leave a message if your interested just a little something.. sorry its so bland.. im having a hard time finding tiles to mess around with.. this map could use some bushes and grass variety.... |

Make some with rmxp. That's pretty standard for mapping previews, as everyone knows what the tileset is capable of. |

Robin just because RMXP is too complicated for you doesn't mean that its horrible. It is probably the best tile set around, its just synonymous with crappy games around here. |

rmxp is a good tileset if you learn how to use it... and no, warriors online didn't die due to tiles, it died due to me losing getting tired of recoding everything. I was planning on waiting until there was a public release of Asphodel to continue the project, but I got a new Idea for a game, and it seems like something people would much rather play than a game about cats This is, of course, If the game that you worked on for a week but then died, is WO that you're referring to. |

It was created for game developers, not for games. It's blocky, unnatural and the perspective changes from object to object. If you like it, use it, but stop taking time out of your busy schedule to try and challenge my opinions. |

But it's so much fun! If you can't work with rmxp, atleast try to do your maps with a more well-known/complete tileset. Using the "tileset sucked" excuse doesn't cut it. |
