I think there is a way to much strong shadow on everything.. Makes it kinda harsh and blurry for the eyes, other than that.. Its really nice  . And whats SW?.. :O

Only thing I don't like is the abbreviations - did you seriously abbreviate "help" as "hel" and "exit" as "exi"?  Also, theres too much wasted space at the top. By wasted, I mean those bars are quite huge, and can easily be shrunken down. The target also has a lot of free room - not sure what else you'd put there, though. Besides that, looks great. I personally like the heavy shadows.

yeah I dont like the abbreviations either.. maybe remove them altogether and have a mouseover that says what they are... so if people cant tell by the pictures they can still see |
