What Is The Dark Web? How Do I Get It?
Dark Web Definition
The dark web is a part of the internet not visible to search engines. To get access to it you must use Tor (an anonymizing browser) to gain access. You've probably heard of the "dark web" as a hub for criminal activity , and it is. Thomas Rid from King's College, London and Daniel Moore studied 2,723 live websites over a five-week period in the year 2015. They found that 57% of the sites contain illegal content. A University of Surrey study, Into the Web of Profit and conducted by Dr. Michael McGuires in 2019 and has revealed that the situation is getting more serious. The amount of dark web listings which could hurt an enterprise has risen by 20% from 2016. 60 percent of all dark web listings (exempting listings that sell drugs) could be damaging to businesses. There are many ways to obtain credit card numbers, fake cash and even drugs. It is also possible to purchase stolen subscription credentials, hacked Netflix accounts, or even software that lets you hack into computers of other users. Purchase login credentials for a $10,000 Bank of America account, counterfeit $20 bills, prepaid debit cards, or a "lifetime" Netflix premium account. Hackers can be hired to hack your computer. You can buy usernames or passwords. There are legitimate uses for the dark web, but although not all of it is legal. For example, you can join a chess club or BlackBook the social network described as the "the Facebook of Tor." Check out this awesome hidden wiki info for more info.

Deep Web Vs. Dark Web: What’S The Difference?
While the terms "deep web" or "dark Web" can sometimes be interchanged but they aren't identical. Deep web refers to content that isn't found by Google search engines and therefore is not accessible via the search engines. Deep web content could include anything behind an account password or behind a paywall. It also includes any content that has been blocked by the owners of web crawlers that allow indexing. The deep web also comprises the content which is fee-based, medical records, membership sites, and private corporate web pages. The deep web is believed to cover anywhere from 96% to 99 percent of the internet. A tiny portion of the internet is accessed using a standard browser. This is often referred to as the "clear Web". The dark Web is a subset of the web's deep layer that's intentionally hidden. This means you require Tor, a special browser, to be able to access it. While no one is sure of its specific size, the majority of estimates put it at approximately five percent of web's total. It is important to note that not all of the dark web is used for illegal purposes despite its ominous-sounding name.

Dark Web Browser
It's tempting to think that the dark internet is easy because of all the activities. However, it's not. The internet isn't as chaotic and chaotic as you'd think when everyone is anonymous, and a significant portion of people are trying to swindle others. Tor is a browser that is anonymous that lets you access the dark web. Tor is a browser that routes web page requests through a network of proxy servers that are run by thousands of volunteers across the world. It blocks your IP address to be tracked and traceable. Tor performs as if it were magic, but the experience is similar to the dark web: unpredictable unstable, unreliable, slow and annoying. For those willing to bear the hassle the dark web can provide a memorable glimpse at the murky underbelly of human experience, without the danger of wandering through a dark alley.

Dark Web Search Engine
Search engines on the dark web exist but even the top ones can't stay on top of the ever changing landscape. It's like browsing the internet in the latter part of the 1990s. Grams, one of Google's most efficient search engines, often provides results that are repetitive and are not relevant to the query. The Hidden Wiki has a link list, however indexes provide frustratingly long timed-out connections, as well as errors like 404.

Dark Web Websites
Websites on the dark web are similar to other sites, but there are some key distinctions. One of them is the structure of their names. Dark web websites do not have a domain ending in.co or.com. They end in.onion. Wikipedia defines it as "a top-level domain suffix that identifies invisible hidden services that can be accessed via the Tor network." Only browsers that use the right proxy are able to access these sites. Others aren't. Dark websites often use a complex naming system that makes URLs difficult for users to remember. For example, a popular commerce site called Dream Market goes by the unintelligible address of "eajwlvm3z2lcca76.onion." Many dark websites are set up by scammers, who constantly move around to avoid the wrath of their victims. Even websites that have been in existence for over an entire year can suddenly vanish when the owners decide to cash-in and then leave the escrow money on behalf their customers.
